Pharmacist for the period from 15.12.90 to 31.12.98 – orders issued.

This office order read above published the Final gradation list of Pharmacists Gr.II for the period from 1.1.78 to 14.12.90. The seniority list for the period from 15.12.90 to 31.12.98 is prepared based on the district wise seniority list prepared by the concerned District Medical Officer of Health.
The list is prepared on merit taking into account the following: The Pharmacist recruited through District Recruitment Board of the Kerala Public Service Commission will entail loss of seniority while securing inter-district transfer to districts other than their district of appointment. The Pharmacist who have availed Leave Without Allowance under Appendix XIIA, XIIB, & XIIC before the declaration of probation will have their seniority assigned with effect from the date of rejoining duty after LWA. The Pharmacist who have availed extension of joining time for more than three months from the date of order of appointment will have their seniority with effect from the date of joining.
The preliminary seniority list of Pharmacist Gr.II for the period from 15.12.90 to 31.12.98 is prepared and appended to this order.
The District Medical Officer of Health will circulate the copy of this list among all concerned working in their district.
Those who are aggrieved of the ranks / position given in the list and whose particulars are incorrect or missing in the list may file appeal within two months from the date of this order in the enclosed proforma, with relevant documents to prove their claim, through the head of their institution directly to this office with proper attestation.
